Welcome to Books With Friends (“Books With Friends,” “BWF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Books With Friends website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Books With Friends is an online platform designed to help people create and manage book clubs. The Service allows users to:
• create or join book clubs

• receive AI-generated discussion prompts and creative ideas
• share reading achievements and social content

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. User Content
Users may submit content including:

• discussion posts
• book ratings and reviews
• club names and descriptions
• profile photos
• shared graphics or achievements
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant Books With Friends a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform.
This allows us to operate the Service and show your contributions to other members of your book clubs.
You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• post unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• distribute spam or unsolicited advertising
• impersonate another person
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some features of Books With Friends may generate content using artificial intelligence, including discussion prompts, creative writing games, or book-related activities.
AI-generated content:
• may contain inaccuracies
• is provided for entertainment and discussion purposes
• should not be considered professional advice
Books With Friends does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
• payments will be billed according to the pricing shown at checkout
• subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
• you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refund policies may vary depending on the payment platform used.

The Books With Friends platform, including its design, software, logos, and branding, is owned by Books With Friends and protected by intellectual property laws.
